2. This tool can be used as a discipleship tool for personal use, mentoring and small groups.

3. Additionally, this can be modified and adopted as a statement of the position of your church on the

meaning of the specific biblical characteristics of leadership in 1 Timothy 3:1-13 and Titus 1:5-11.
