This website is the on-line platform for the ministries of More of His Fullness, Inc. Dr. David Niquette founded this non-profit parachurch ministry

(1) to provide fresh weekly encouragement,
(2) to offer insights into controversial theological subjects,
(3) to present biblical and practical tools for helping Christians mature in experiencing more of God’ fullness.
The design is to further the spiritual growth of those in ministry. That means you, if you are a discipler, a mentor, a small-group facilitator, or a young person pursuing your sense of a divine calling to pastoral ministry. You have just found a practical on-line “Manual for Ministry.”
The style of David’s writing is unusual and practical. You will find many 2-page monographs that can be down-loaded, copied, printed, and used in teaching others. If you have additional questions you would like to explore, David will be glad to address them as his time permits.

David has been a pastor for over 50 years, in four churches, in three states. He began this new ministry to share what He has discovered about the fullness of God with the broadest audience possible. Particularly, he has much he desires to offer to young ministers and small group facilitators. His wife, Carol, is the financial clerk of MoHF. She and David have three children, and five grandkids in Warsaw, Indiana.

Bill has excelled in the Orthotics-Prosthetics profession for years. He comes on board with a passion to advance the renewal goals of MoHF as we seek to heal the breach between Evangelical and Charismatic Christians. He and Beth have five children. Bill’s son married David’s daughter, so they share 5 grandkids

Tom is a Christian counselor on our board with decades of professional
experience as a licensed Marriage and Family Practitioner, and currently the founder and director of Canaan Corporation, a non-profit Christian counseling service. He is a skilled trainer in Transformational Prayer Ministry. His wife, Dianne, is also a trained counselor.

Christian is a Board Member with wide, diverse Christian ministry experience, including work with Promise Keepers, Christian Business Leaders, Ministry Development Specialist on a church staff, and today he ministers with Careers with a Purpose. He is also a professionally trained Golf Instructor. He and Kit, his wife, live in Springfield, Missouri.
